Hello, My name is Mandy Andrews and I am the Family worker here at Willerby Methodist Church.

We have many events for young people and families throughout the year such as Pumpkin and Christmas parties as well as holiday events. The local school has it's Harvest and Christmas services with us and we also have 2 groups of Brownies meet on a Thursday evening each week too. We have a Facebook page 'Family Fun at Willerby Methodist Church' where I post regular updates of them. I can also be contacted through the Email address: mandy.andrews@methodistyouth.org.uk

Here are a few of our weekly clubs:

'Time for Tots' meets Wednesday afternoons at 1.30pm. Parents, carers and grandparents meet with pre-school aged children to play, do arts & crafts together. We have a snack time and finish each session with music and singing.

'Friday Fun meets Fridays at 6.00-7.30pm
For Primary School aged children to meet, to have fun,

make new friends, play games, do quizzes and make crafts. We also have a tuckshop.

''Family Fun' takes place on the first Saturday of the month from 10am- 12 noon.
We have Bacon butties, crafts, activities and fun together with
our families. All ages are welcome.

''Chillzone' is a new club we are planning due to begin one evening a week for older youths and teenagers. It will be held in the Square Well. It is a time for young people to come together, to talk and socialize with each other and have refreshments. Long term we hope to work with these young people to create more activities and organise events and trips for them.
